Q Do you guarantee your products?
A Yes, we offer an 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it to us in the SAME, NEW CONDITION as we shipped it, within fourteen (14) days of you receiving it.

We pack extremely well but if your item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it.

Q What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then mail payment to us. Our address will be provided at checkout or you visit the Contact Us page. After we receive your money order, we will ship your order. We will hold all personal checks for ten to fourteen (10-14) business days until they clear. At times, it can take up to 21 days for the check to clear. Customers will be responsible for any bank fees incurred due to insufficient funds.


Q Is your website secure?
A Absolutely, our webserver provides us with an secure order form so that your credit card number is encrypted while it is submitted to ProPay Merchant, a company we use to process credit card orders. We never even have your credit card information, ProPay retains all information.

Q All of your products were produced several years ago, are they still in good condition?
A We specialize in Ertl and Amt/Ertl collectibles. All of our stock is still "new", i.e. factory fresh, in the original blister packs or shrink wrap. Some of our products do not look a day older than when they left the assembly line but others have not aged so gracefully. Most commonly, the corners of the blister pack or box are worn or there are creases. Some of the boxes have begun to shrink underneath their cellophane wrapper. Unless an item's description denotes damage, the wear and tear on the packaging have not been extensive. Those with exceptional damage have been noted, although, damaged packaging does not necessarily mean the item was damaged.

Q How much do you charge for shipping?
A Our shopping cart software calculates shipping costs by using the United States Postal Service, Fed Ex and UPS rate calculators. USPS, Fed Ex and UPS base their rates on weight and distance.



If the actual shipping cost varies greatly from the amount paid, we reserve the right to ship your order with another carrier for that amount.

Q Do I have to pay sales tax?
A Only orders shipped to a Florida address will be charged 7% sales tax.

Q Do you accept international orders?
A We have permanently suspended all international credit card orders because we have been the victim of credit card fraud. For our international customers, please email us with your intended order, country and postal code so that we can manually calculate the shipping rate before you commit to the purchase. We ship via the United States Postal Service because they are the cheapest option, unless you request Fed Ex or UPS.

Q Will you distribute my personal information?
A No, we will not dessimate or sell any of the information you enter on our order forms.
