The F-16A Fighting Falcons flew a variety of missions during Desert Storm, most notably surgically accurate bombing raids and close air support of coalition ground forces.  In commemoration, Ertl had produced this hard to find model kit, which includes:

• Complete weapons load including four AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles, two GBU-10C laser guided bombs, two Mk 84 bombs and external fuel tanks
• Decals for 363rd TFW "Hooter" and 174th TFW "The Boys from Syracuse"
• Detailed cockpit
• Positionable canopy
• Over 70 parts, recommended age 8 years and up
